After it is confirmed, click the “Save” button. After the system prompts “Changed

successfully,” click the “Return” button. You can see that the working hours in this record

havebeenchanged.

16.3.4 Delete Overtime Enroll Records

IfthereisaninvalidOvertimeEnroll,thisrecordcanbedeleted.

IntheOvertimeEnrolllist,selecttherecordtobedeleted,clickthe“Delete”buttonandthe

deletion confirmation dialog box pops up. If it is confirmed, click the “OK” button. If the

system displays prompt information reading “Deleted successfully,” it indicates that the 

deletionissuccessfulandthisrecorddoesnotexistinthesystemanymore.



Clickthe“Export”buttontoexportalltheOvertimeEnrollinformationinthesysteminthe

csvformat,thenthefilesavedialogboxpopsup.Selectthepathtosavethefile,andclick
