Click “Print” button in IE browser window to print the form.

7.2.4 Attendance device setting

Set the door of various departments. The records of the cardholders of the department swiping

their cards in the door are considered as on-duty attendance records only, as shown in the figure

below:

Attendance device are set according to organizational structure, that is, attendance device can

be set in various departments of the organizational structure.

Operating procedure:

1) Select the department in the tree view of the organizational structure.

2) Select the node server in the pull-down box of site area, then the door list will show the

doors available for selection.

3) Select the options in the list of card swiping door for attendance.

4) Click “Modify” button to save the operating result into the server.

7.2.5 Attendance employee setting

Set whether a employee is involved in attendance statistics. When the attendance state of a

employee is set to be attendance, the information of that employee will be included in

attendance statistics; otherwise, excluded.
